Exodus Trading Card Game NewsHey Drifters, We're well into 2014 and we're kicking off with lots of events and new releases for you! Firstly, we'd like to thank everyone who attended Orccon last month from the bottom of our hearts. All the staff and friendly players made the Exodus Trading Card Game events a huge success! We were very honored to be there and can't wait to bring you more Exodus goodness at the next Strategicon. It's getting to meet players and new and familiar faces that we'll always treasure. Among the most popular prizes were the signed Promo cards, signed by both game creators and the artist, so expect to see more of these and your chance to win them. Whether it is your plan to treasure them or trade them, we hope you find these rare cards to be timeless in your Exodus collection. One of the highlights from the last event was the record-setting play of a 13-energy Creature! The record was set by Jake Medina, besting the previous record set by a player who made an 11-energy Airship Corrodestria. And what other Creature would Jake have used other than his favorite Angelic Apparition? The picture to the left shows that Angelic Apparition as a massive 10-energy Angel. Unfortunately, we didn't quite get a pic in time at its peak, but you'll have to take our word for it--it was epic. You can be apart of Exodus history too at any local event! If there are none in your area, fear not. We're working on getting Exodus into game stores across the nation later this year! We again want to thank everyone who has supported the game thus far. Your continued supports helps us to do these things and more.
You can win both the Timeless Angel of Eternity and the new Cerulean Stormstream Dragon at the Exodus Tournament this week on March 15! Entry cost is free and the tournament will take place on Saturday from 1 PM to 3 PM at Hobbytown USA in Fresno, CA. Each player gets a new Promo for coming, so leave us a quick message through our website's Contact Us Form or Facebook page to reserve your spot in the tournament and guarantee you a copy of the new cards.
To clarify, this DOES NOT always go back to your hand when destroyed; only when destroyed by a Creature attack. This means if it loses Energy and is wiped out by a Symmetry card effect, it still goes to the graveyard as normal.
However, if you're using it to attack or your opponent is attacking it, and it's left with no Energy, it goes back to your hand!
